HIGH DEMANDS AND STANDARDS OF PALILULA MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION

MANAGEMENT of Palilula Municipality - Nis provides services in accordance with the high standards of work. It has successfully passed the re-certification audit of the implementation of a new quality management system that will have been applied up to Augurst 9 2018. The representatives of the certification company LL-C from Prague-Czech Republic, through authorized CERT PLUS, the Agency for engineering management system, estimated that the Management Board of Palilula meets very strict requirements of quality standards ISO 9001: 2008.

According to Boban Džunić, the Municipality was given a certificate no.3810218 which refers to the "provision of services under the jurisdiction of the city municipality and improving living standards in the community." The quality management system is an integral part of our business policy and all activity on its establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement are in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.

Municipality management, headed by President Džunić promotes and encourages all employees to actively participate in the activities to improve the work processes. About the introduction and implementation of quality policies in Palilula Municipality the public was informed and all interested parties.
